| Our balloon seals are for use with helium filled latex balloons. Simply wrap the neck of the balloon, after inflation, around the seal in between the slots to secure the balloon. There is 1.2m of white satin ribbon attached to the seal which can then be attached to a weight or more ribbon can be added as decoration. The safe tite disc is a popular product being 'child safe'! The plastic disc is used to secure an air filled latex balloon by twisting the neck through the slots on the disc. Why not add ribbon to decorate! | |||||
