Delivery

We use two methods of delivery, Royal Mail and courier services to get your items as quickly as possible to you and in the condition they were despatched.  Delivery charges will depend on the products chosen, the delivery address & the service chosen eligible for that location (economy, standard, global or express delivery) and the weights of your items.  We will use the most suitable form of delivery for the location required, items, weights and service chosen.  A guide to our prices is below.  Charges are calculated automatically, based on the weight of your total order.  All you have to do is choose the service you require and enter where they are going to.

If an incorrect country location is selected for the delivery address given, the order will not be processed or despatched until the additional payment has been made.

Orders required for the next working day to mainland UK must be received by Talking Balloons before 12 noon (weekends & holidays incur extra charges). We guarantee all orders will be received within 30 days. If Talking Balloons cannot deliver within 30 days you will be notified to arrange another time for delivery, or if you would prefer, to cancel your order.

Discounted orders receiving free delivery are despatched on an Economy service only.  Helium rental cylinders (including packs) and banners are exclusive of this offer.

We do our best to deliver the items to the correct address, however we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.  If items are delayed or lost due to this information being incorrect or incomplete, we are unable to offer any refund.  Please ensure you supply full, true and complete details, including postcode.

Deliveries are no longer the responsibility of Talking Balloons once delivered to the given address. If the items are accepted or signed for by someone other than the recipient and not passed on, we cannot take any responsibility for this or offer any refund.

Most of our delivery services require a signature on receipt.  If a delivery is attempted but not successful (e.g. the recipient is not present to sign for the items) a re-delivery will be attempted either the same day or the next available working day. No credits or refunds will be offered so please ensure someone is available at the given address to sign for the items.

Deliveries for helium rental cylinders (including packs) and banners cannot be shipped for the next day.  Depending on the products chosen, the weight of the products and the service requested will depend on the delivery option chosen by Talking Balloons. Template and personalised banners take up to 7 working days if the express service is chosen or up to 10 working days for the economy. Helium rental, personalised & template banners can be despatched to mainland UK addresses only.

Helium rental cylinders can only be delivered to mainland UK Business addresses.  If a residential address is given we cannot guarantee the delivery of the helium & inflator.  Where possible we will attempt to book your order in but no guarantees can be made. To help us, please ensure the address is located either on a main road or with wide access to the property to enable a large vehicle (the size of a bus) to get through.
