Safe tite discs are used with air filled latex balloons. The plastic disc is a child safe product, making them perfect for use at birthday parties and for promotional give-aways. Inflate the balloon, then wrap the neck of the balloon in between the slots on the disc to secure. Curling ribbon can also be added at this stage to fasten to the disc and then attach in your chosen position.
